Ycom Group's Processing of Personal Data

Personal information is information that can be directly linked to you as a person, such as your name, email address and company name. Such information is necessary for us to serve you as a customer.

Purpose of Treatment
The purpose of our processing of your personal information is to identify you as a customer and to fulfill the agreement you have with us.

Our processing of personal data has been handled by our skilled employees. All employees at Ycom Group are subject to a duty of confidentiality. The duty of confidentiality does not only apply from the company but also internally between colleagues and products even if the employment relationship has ended.

What Personal Information is Processed
Information processed at Ycom Group can be categorized as follows:

Administrative information such as name, phone number, e-mail address, job title and which company you work for.
Information about your behavior on our website for example, what articles you read and what you show interest in.


Valid Treatment Basis
We only collect information about you to send you relevant information you request. We never collect and store your information without your consent, and never use the information for anything other than what we have provided.

If we are required to process sensitive personal information to fulfill an agreement with you, we will obtain your consent prior to the processing. The consent restricts the processing to only the information necessary for Ycom Group to fulfill the specific agreement.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. The processing of the relevant personal data will then cease.

SUPPLY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities if this follows from statutory duty of disclosure or disclosure obligation.

Any third parties who receive personal information from us are subject to the duty of confidentiality, through the conclusion of the agreement.

Storage
We do not store personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. If you have a customer relationship with us, personal information will be stored about you.

All information about you is stored on secure servers, in line with Ycom Group's security practices.

Right to Demand Access
You are entitled to demand access to the information we collect about you. You have the right to know what purpose and treatment basis we use, what information about you we use recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal information is transmitted, the storage length of the personal data, and where the information is obtained from.

Right to Claim Rectification and Deletion
If you believe that Ycom Group has registered information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to claim the correct personal information. You may require us to delete personal information about you if the information is no longer required to fulfill the purpose of the processing, you withdraw your consent if there is consent that has been used as a basis for treatment, you oppose the processing and there are no other legitimate reasons to continue the treatment or that the information is treated illegally.

Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive personal information we have stored about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to require that we transmit any information we have received from you to another manager if it is technically possible and the processing is based on consent or contract.

Treatment Responsible
The person responsible for the treatment is the one who determines the purpose of the processing of personal data and which aids are used. Ycom Group has established a role as a treatment manager who will have an overview of the processes, business areas, and systems that process personal information, and continuously follow up the internal control and the risk situation.

Complaint about the treatment
